Responsible production

Our shoes are handmade in minimal, calculated quantities. This way, we avoid losses and over-stocking as much as possible. This is why we do not take “excess stock” charges into consideration when calculating the sale price.

A cutting-edge business model

Initially, Bleather was financed by our personal funds which were very limited. This has taught us to minimize our costs and manufacture the majority of our shoe components in-house, at home, relying on a team that believes in our vision and values an ethical work environment more than a big salary.
